Code Of Coduct
As a parent/guardian of a participant at Kinesthetic Dance Studios you must meet the following requirements of conduct during any activity held at Kinesthetic Dance Studios. Those who break this Code of Conduct are grounds for possible suspension or expulsion.
Demonstrate respect for teachers, students, staff and other parents at all times.
Parents who display rude or disrespectful behaviour directed towards staff or other parents will NOT be tolerated. Do not forget your manners. Please remember you are in an environment of children & we want to ensure its a happy environment.
Take responsibility to read WhatsApp updates and keep up-to-date with current activities and important information.
In classes and concerts remember you are in an environment of children, so please keep your conversation positive and appropriate. Try to have fun when you are around your child at dance classes or performances . Well - directed humour can be a great de - stressor.
Please take any problems/concerns directly to a teacher or studio owner outside class times to allow a resolution. Do not discuss your concerns amongst other parents/guardians.
Do not dictate your own personal opinions about the business/class/dance routine to a teacher. Let the teacher do the teaching.
Inappropriate, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour by students, parents (including carers or legal guardians) or volunteers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of enrolment with no refund or immediate suspension for a allocated period of time.
Please do not interrupt a class to discuss a matter with a teacher. Questions & queries must be emailed or WhatsApp message directly to the Studio Director.
Refrain from taking photographs or video without a teacher’s permission.
Understand that children will grow & benefit in encouraging and practicing teamwork, dedication and commitment.
